This website provides information and a way to request an estimate; it does not accept payment or confirm a construction contract.
Quotes and project terms
Before work begins, the scope, price, payment schedule, deposits, materials and timeline should be set out in the written quote or contract accepted for that project.
Changes and cancellation
Request changes or cancellation as early as possible. Any deposit, work already completed, ordered materials, cancellation charge or refund will be handled under the written quote or contract and applicable law.
Refund requests
Contact Vertex Builders at (242) 432-1502 with the project name and payment details. We will review the request against the accepted project documents. This policy does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
